This is an opportunity for you to meet me in person and can take place anywhere that is convenient to you. This won't cost you anything except, possibly, a cup of coffee.
You may want to ask questions and look for more details before you decide to embark upon a programme of fitness which suits your needs and goals.
If you decide to go ahead, you will be asked to provide a range of information which will enable me, the trainer, to design a programme of exercise which will suit your current levels of fitness and contribute towards your ultimate goals.
What this entails:
You will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire and answer a number of questions about your current levels of fitness, general lifestyle (work, leisure, available time etc) and what you want to achieve from training.
Once you have asked all the questions you need to ask and decided that you want to continue, I will take your details away with me (to be treated with the utmost confidentiality) and design a programme of exercises for your specific requirements. I may also need to include a range of posture and mobility checks to ensure I design exercise programmes appropriate to your initial ability and range of movement.
